Because of the pandemic and ongoing restrictions the event will take place online in the comfort of your couches. Please make sure you have a bottle of good drink on your table so we can all enjoy our networking experience. Please register for the event using this form until December 4th at 20:00. The link for the meeting will be sent via e-mail.
At the beginning of the event, IBM representatives will present their new initiative #workingpositively, after that we will divide into smaller groups as it is easier to share information and experiences.
Please, for this part, think about the answer to the following two questions:
a) what are you most proud of when it comes to your 2020 LGBT ERG activities?
b) what are you most looking forward to in 2021 when it comes to your LGBT ERG activities?
Also please invite as many members and friends of your LGBT employee resource groups as possible so we can get to know each other and find out what you were doing in 2020.
