What others say about us

“The facilitators did a great job creating a safe atmosphere where participants could tell all their opinions, personal stories, and experiences, and challenge each other to discuss – always in a constructive and respectful way.The value these workshops have brought to our company is incalculable.”

Donna Dvorak

Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, MSD

“I appreciate the practical guidance on how to respond to microaggressions, as well as the exercise on how microaggressions affect the team and impact personal and professional life. Others in the company were also satisfied, even those who at first didn’t believe the workshop could hold their attention for the full four hours. But in the end, they found it absorbing.”

Olga Řehořková

Partner, PwC

“Our workshop was based on discussion and interaction. It did not impose opinions, but skillfully opened up topics that the majority population often does not think about and led participants to their own conclusions. The lecturers adapted perfectly to our current circumstances and answered all questions in an educated yet colloquial way.”

Barbora Tučková

Legal Personal Assistant, Allen&Overy

“I see the great contribution of Pride Business Forum and trainers Aleš and Tereza in their professional approach, knowledge of the topic, and ability to explain it in an open and inclusive, but mainly understandable way. Their trainings have the reach that companies need.”

Martina Zimmermann

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, ŠKODA AUTO

“Aleš and Tereza’s workshops helped our employees to better understand the issue of diversity in the workplace. We got great tips on how to deal with potential discrimination against different groups of employees and what to look out for to be proper LGBTQ+ allies.”

Jan Doležal

Senior HR Business Partner, BASF

“The workshops with PBF have been an enriching and powerful experience for us, giving us a clear idea of how to better work with diversity in the workplace. We are proud to be part of PBF, and we look forward to participating in future events and workshops.”

Veronika Brožek

General Manager, Clifford Chance

“The workshop with Aleš and Tereza allowed our people to realize how different topics affect them. They guided us, listened to us, and commented on the debates so that we understood everything. They gave us a new perspective and even supplied us with data and numbers. We appreciated it when they highlighted the fact that coming out, toleranc,e and acceptance have aspects that are both universal and very specific and change with the place and situation.”

Theron Haan

Customer Quality & Performance Specialist, RWS Group

“Thank you so much for the training on trans inclusion. The presenters not only gave us theoretical insight into the topic and data, but also personal experiences and answers to all of our questions. We learned a lot of new information that will help us to create a more inclusive work environment and support trans colleagues. We really appreciated the workshop’s interactivity, open atmosphere, and sharing of tips.”

Martina Hlisnikovská

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Leader, IKEA

“Thanks to meeting Aleš and Tereza, we not only got a glimpse into their life stories, but also realized that we experience coming out and situations related to it practically every day – and most of us don’t even realize it. We were surprised at how intimate yet safe an environment they were able to create for a very open discussion.”

Lucie Dudová

Learning Partner, O2

“The cooperation with Aleš and Tereza is always on a professional level. They are happy to listen to our needs and create webinar content based on them. I appreciate that ALeš and Tereza share their life experiences and continuously involve the participants in the discussion. The webinar is so practical, interactive, full of concrete situations and recommendations on how to foster an environment of trust and acceptance in the workplace and in everyday life.”

Marta Maráková

HR Business Partner, Generali Česká pojišťovna

“Diversity in the workplace goes hand-in-hand with tolerance and understanding, so we were happy to share our own experiences with LGBTQ+ issues and reflect together on how much we take some things for granted, even though they are not for many. We are delighted that Pride Business Forum is dedicated to raising awareness and sharing good practice among employers.”

Anna Machová
