Webinar: Inclusion guide for workplaces

Online CS

We spend a large part of our lives at work. That’s why it matters that the workplace is a place where we can feel comfortable and don’t have to hide who we really are. In this webinar, we will introduce a manual that offers inspiration and clear, practical steps on how to help create such an environment.

How to start building a fair workplace

Come and find out what a truly welcoming workplace means in practice. We will present our new PDF manual, full of real-life examples and practical tips — from using inclusive language and improving internal communication to building trust and supporting LGBTQ+ employees.

The upcoming manual is designed for everyone: HR professionals, managers, and anyone who wants to help create a respectful and safe workplace. Because a fair workplace is built through small everyday actions — how we talk to each other, how we listen, and how we make space for different experiences and perspectives. And all of us play a role in creating it.
