we do this

We have a long history of helping companies and institutions create fair conditions for LGBTQ+ employees. Yet we know that feeling safe is important not only at work but also in our personal lives. This is why we also support LGBTQ+ people in other ways, both in Prague and in other regions, where they often feel isolated and might have fewer opportunities.

How we finance our support

In 2026, we will distribute 292,000 CZK to local and grassroots initiatives, mainly thanks to our charity partners. Would you like to join them? Your help would make it possible for us to support even more people.
