The event addresses the topic of queer aging with sensitivity, openness, and respect for a whole diversity of life experience. It focuses on areas that are often overlooked: visibility, relationships, financial and legal security, as well as issues of care and loneliness.

Approaching queer aging not only as a challenge but also as an inspiring experience and a testimony to the strength of community, the event wants to raise awareness of queer aging in the Czech Republic, connect employees, HR professionals, and organisations working in the field of care and support, and jointly seek ways to create a safer, more respectful, and truly inclusive environment—across generations.
