Building empathy, learning to understand unconscious bias, and dealing with microaggressions – the PBF learning department has delivered training sessions on these topics to over 1200 employees over the last couple of years. Come to a demonstration of the training, where our facilitators Aleš and Tereza will guide you through some interactive exercises from their well-received modules. We will also be interested in hearing about the challenges you face in building inclusive workplace cultures and your training needs for the upcoming years.
