Description

Dive into a world of inspiration and empowerment with the 4th Pride Business Forum Voices, where the power of storytelling transcends boundaries. Storytelling allows us to learn from another person’s experiences and shapes, strengthens, or challenges our opinions. When these voices catch our attention and engage us, we are more likely to absorb the message and meaning within it than if the same message was presented simply in facts and figures.

Our talk show serves as a beacon of connection, fostering a community of individuals who share a passion for inclusivity and equality. Join us not only to witness captivating stories but also to engage in a dynamic dialogue that extends beyond the screen. Through this immersive experience, we aim to ignite conversations that have a ripple effect, influencing not just workplaces but society at large. Voices is not just a talk show; it’s a catalyst for a change and an opportunity to amplify voices that are rewriting the narrative of acceptance and understanding.

Listen, watch, meet, and get inspired by not only LGBT+ voices that change workplaces. Take a look at how the previous editions of this marvellous talk show looked like here

After graduating from Acting and Stage direction at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, Daniela Špinar has served as a guest director in many regional and Prague theatres with great success; she was also briefly a resident director at the Theatre in Vinohrady, where her most famous production, Vojcek, was created. Furthermore, she collaborated with the independent theatre Letí. Before joining the National Theatre Drama, she collected all the domestic theatre awards, some of them repeatedly.

From the 2015/2016 season until the 2021/2022 season, she was the fourth post-1989 Artistic director of the National Theatre Drama. In this position, she evolved as an author and staged several of her own dramatizations and text collages in addition to classics.

She has been a freelance director since 2022.

Daniel Aleš Weiss
He is a young associate lawyer with two years of experience in the field of labour law. He comes from the small town of Krnov, but has been living in Prague for the last two and a half years. He currently works in an international law firm where he specializes in labor law.

Despite his professional involvement, Daniel has been pursuing an unconventional hobby - drag - for over four years. He regularly performs as Cassiopeia on the Prague scene but also abroad, which is an interesting contrast to his still relatively conservative working environment in advocacy.
