When these voices catch our attention and engage us, we are more likely to absorb the message and meaning within it than if the same message was presented simply in facts and figures.

Miroslav Vojtko
Service Integration Manager Learning, Novartis

I’ve been with Novartis for five years already, and I’ve been an HR professional for seven years, with exposure to generalist and technical roles. I love being in contact with people, especially listening to them and helping them.

On a personal note, it has already been five years since I moved here to Prague, and I think this was the best decision ever. I am a gamer by heart, and my other hobbies are running, badminton, skiing in winter, and volleyball in summer.

Petr Dvořák

After graduating from university, Petr Dvořák gained business experience as a manager at hair care company Lybar. He then spent two years at the marketing department of Nestlé. His telecommunications career began in 2001, when he joined T-Mobile, holding various management positions for over 10 years. In 2008, he was appointed chief marketing officer. In 2012, Petr joined Vodafone as Vice-President for Non-Business Customers, becoming Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Czech Republic in 2018.

When he isn’t coming up with new company strategies, Petr spends time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys long-distance running, cycling, and skiing.

Petr Dvořák was awarded a Pride Business Forum Hero in 2022.

Christopher Henry Prashanth
Sr. Product Designer, Workday

Hi, I am Henry and I’m originally from the southern lands of India. I’ve been living in Prague since 2014 and I love it here. I work for Workday as part of the product design team bringing UX to the forefront. I am also trying to bring in LGBTQ+ awareness within the workplace to keep the conversations going which otherwise doesn’t get spoken at all.

When I am not working, I love swimming, spending time with my partner and my friends for weekend brunches, board game/movie nights or just walking around the city. I really enjoy watching true crime series and documentaries and binge watching popular shows.
