Each and every one of us deserves to feel good and be accepted in the workplace, regardless of our gender identity or self-presentation. Pride Business Forum’s Transgender Toolkit for Employers will provide you with practical advice and recommendations for creating a workplace friendly to trans and non-binary employees.
Viktor Heumann (Trans*parent), author of the toolkit, will introduce its content, and Lenka Králová (Pure Storage) will share her experience with the onboarding process as the first transgender employee of Pure Storage in the Czech Republic. Then, you will engage in practical discussion to apply toolkit recommendations in your workplace.
The event will take place at Pure Storage from 10 AM to 12 PM and will be in English only.

Lenka Králová
Lenka Králová is a software engineer by profession with extensive experience in marketing. She is a board member of the Transparent organization, which advocates for a better life for trans people in Czechia. In 2020, she founded V Tranzu – a popular YouTube show where she interviews other trans people about their life. It helps people in the beginning of their transition journey and shows the general public that trans people are just like everyone else just with an extra complication. She often speaks to the media and politicians about issues that trans people in Czechia have to face. She became fully aware of her gender identity at the age of 37, and a year later she began hormone therapy. She prefers to spend her free time with her ten-year-old son and her wife.
Viktor Heumann
Co-founder of Czech trans organization Transparent that has for almost 9 years been providing support to trans and non-binary people in Czechia. Engaged in advocacy activities aimed at the improvement of conditions for legal gender recognition and improvement of trans-specific healthcare processes. Co-author of research publications mapping the life of Czech transgender and non-binary people and a Toolkit on how to foster transgender talent in the workplace.
